Fillings

  • A mini ciabatta from the supermarket
  • Cold butter
  • Plenty of cooked ham
  • A small handful

Method

Long live the ham sandwich!

Slice the butter thickly and put it on the bottom of the bread. Cover it with ham, sprinkle the cornichons all over. Lid on. Get it in ya.

I wouldn’t necessarily advise it, but you could butter the top too.

This is every bit as lovely with slices of salami or a big smear of yummy fish pâté.
