  • Soft white, sliced bread, toasted. This is amazing with naan-type flat breads too
  • 1 nice firm pointy cabbage (hispi or sweetheart or something)
  • Olive oil

Method

Tarator is incredibly creamy, simple, coincidentally vegan and absolutely delicious.
