Cheese legend Holly Chaves, is addicted to delis and a toasted sandwich master. In possession of one of Britain’s best-stocked fridges she is Master Splinter to my Michelangelo.

And just so we are clear, these are Brevilles, not some sourdough, fried in a pan bollocks. It’s called a proprietary eponym when that happens!!! Like Hoover.
