As we created more varieties of portable fuel, we discovered that certain ingredients didn’t lend themselves well to the “rice ball” shape. We wanted to integrate fruit, but it was messy, so we decided to create some sushi-style rolls, sliced for easy eating on the go. These Strawberry Shortcake bites are sweet and slightly tangy.
