  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (OF: swap coconut butter, but it will not set as solidly or melt quite as much)
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate chip

Method

  1. Microwave the coconut oil and chocolate chips in a small ramekin until the chocolate chips begin to melt, 15 to 30 seconds. (You can also use a small saucepan on the stove over medium-low heat.) Stir to combine and allow residual heat to finish melting the chocolate. Set aside.
  2. Scoop one quarter of the smoothie into a large glass or canning jar, then drizzle wi
