  • 250 ml/9 fl oz/1 cup tequila
  • 160 ml</

Method

  1. Put the tequila, cointreau, lime juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker with lots of ice cubes and shake well.
  2. Put the salt and chilli powder into a spice grinder, grind to a fine powder and tip it out onto a plate. Wet the rims of four margarita glasses with a slice of lime, then dip the glasses into the chilli salt.
