I named this concoction “unbelievable,” because it tastes unbelievably rich and chocolatey even though it has little fat in it and no cholesterol. In addition it takes all of 10 minutes to make. Unbelievable, no?
The texture, as dense as fudge, comes from the chestnuts puréed with cocoa. If you can afford the calories and the cholesterol, then by all means indulge yourselves and top this with whipped cream or fold some whipped cream into the mixture before refrigerating it.
