Crisps ... jalapeños ... Parmesan ... together? ‘Oh my God!’ I hear you shout. Yes, this is a little slice (in the form of a crisp) of heaven in one bite.

Ingredients

  • 15-20 g jalapeño peppers from a jar
  • 80 g Parmesan cheese, finely grated

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas 6.

Dry the jalapeño peppers on kitchen paper, finely chop and mix with the Parmesan.

Line a couple of baking trays with non-stick parchment paper. Place teaspoonfuls of the Parmesan and jalapeño mixture on the bakin
