  • About

This really is amazing. When I show people the results, most just can’t believe it. As you can see you don’t need a lot of ingredients! The toffee is great for so many things: crumbles, creams, ice-creams and sauces. You’ll find some of the recipes in the book.

Ingredients

  • 1 × 400 g (14 oz) tin condensed milk

Method

All you have to do is place the tin of condensed milk (totally unopened) into a pan and cover with cold water, making sure the tin is completely covered. Bring to the boil and continue to simmer for 3 hours (no less!). Leave to cool down in the pan. The toffee is now made and can be kept chilled in the unopened can until the date runs out.
