This is a simple home-made jelly. The lemon jelly goes very well with ice-cream, I like to serve either the Vanilla, Lemon Curd or Crème Fraîche Ice-cream with it. This is really a good, fun dessert to offer your guests at a dinner party – jelly and ice-cream!
The recipe also works well if the lemons are replaced or mixed with limes for a different flavour.
