Blueberry Fizz

Having a cocktail party? This needs to be on the list! With or without added booze it looks really classy and tastes berry-licious.

• If it’s blaeberry season, pick your own. Just wash and crush them a little before putting them in the pan.
• Make sure the blueberry liquid is cold when you put it in the blender, or you have a good chance of blowing the lid off and wearing it. Trust me, I have done it!
• This will keep in the fridge for a month in
