  • About

Indians love picnics. They choose spicings and ingredients that taste better when they are eaten cold. In Mowgli, we use potatoes alone in this dish, but at home very often we add a few chopped radishes into the cook – radishes and potatoes are a beloved ingredient combination. This gives a different texture and a tender, zesty surprise.

This is such a delicious recipe. I just made a batch for supper tonight, and I can hardly stop myself from sampling this. The spices, the taste, the textures all blend superbly with such a spicy aroma with every mouthful. My kitchen smells so wonderful.
