Simply delicious and completely vegan, gigantes are made with large “giant” beans, first cooked then baked in an aromatic tomato sauce. Though considered a mezze, they’re super-filling and divine. I can eat bowlfuls without the need of a main course. You can feel the sustenance radiating through your body just by looking at this beautifully colored dish.
