Method

Cook the meat as for Wedding Stew and strain, reserving the liquid. Rub with grated onions and salt. Heat the butter and fry both sides of the meat for 4 minutes, then return the meat to the liquid and reserve the butter. Add the cinnamon to the meat, and cook for approximately 1 ½ hours until the meat is tender.
