Mixed Fruit in Rum

  • Dried prunes 100 g
  • Dried apricots 100 g
  • Dried figs


  1. Prepare mixed fruit in rum at least 2 weeks in advance. Poach all dried fruit in a pot of boiling water, then strain. In a pan and without using any oil, dry-fry fruit until dry.
  2. Cut prunes, apricots and figs into small pieces, then return to dried fruit mixture. Transfer fruit mixture to a big jar with a lid, then add cinnamon sticks, rum, brandy and red wine. Se
