  • About

Traditionally a dish for festive occasions, such as birthday and engagement parties, shaami kebabs are a type of fried Afghan kebab served with hand-cut potato fries, dusted in salt, or vinegar and spices. After creating a paste from meat, vegetables, herbs and spices, shaami kebabs are then fried, giving them their unique texture – a delicate crisp shell and melt-in-the-mouth insides.
