I came upon this Asian-style salsa quite by accident one day while preparing an Indian-themed dinner at home for friends. My wife had forgotten to pick up some yoghurt for a raita dressing for my starter. After raiding the fridge, I improvised with the ingredients I could find, and came up with this Indian-inspired salsa instead. It went down rather well, so I am happy to include it in this section of the book. Serve with Indian-style meats such as kebabs or tandoori chicken, or with gri
