  • 125 ml extra virgin olive oil

Method

Baking the bread

Blend the water, oil and carosesa. Dissolve yeast in this liquid. Add the flour and place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix at a low speed for 6 mins. Prove overnight in the fridge in a tin sprayed with vegetable oil to develop flavour as it ferments. Next day, cut 30g pieces and create round rolls by hand. Put inside 50g moulds, sprink
