Method

Baking the bread

Mix oil, water and yeast together with a whisk. Add flour and salt and mix for 7 mins on a low speed. Place the dough in a bowl lined with olive oil and spread olive oil on the dough. Rest at least 20 mins covered with a cloth. Cover 2 trays with baking paper. Gently spread the dough over the trays. Make holes with your fingers all over the
