Baking the bread

Whisk water and treacle in a mixer bowl and add all other ingredients. Mix for 5 mins at speed 1 and then 6 mins 30 secs at speed 2. Divide dough (1.2 kg) in 3 equal parts, place in plastic containers lined with vegetable oil spray and cover. Keep warm and every 20 mins open containers and turn the dough.
