Method

In a large saucepan, place some olive oil and bring to a high heat. Add the lobster, prawn and crab and cook until they have turned red. Stir regularly so that the ingredients don’t catch on the bottom of the pan and burn. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the oil, and sweat for 5-10 minutes.
