  • cups + 3 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda

Method

Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza tray. Sift together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar into a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, oil, and water. Add to the dry ingredients and use a fork to incorporate, then use your hands to bring together to form a dough.
