I know we do some things differently in Australia, and that’s why I’ve developed this open fish pie; to show you that not all things different are bad. This recipe can also be made in a small ovenproof skillet as individual pizzas— roll out dough and use it to line and come just over the side of the pan, top it with the baccala and fish, then mozzarella. Cook until your kitchen has the most enticing aromas through it.
