Bold, flavorful, and crunchy crackers packed with nutritious seeds could be a meal by itself. These crackers are delicious, but are also versatile enough that you could easily bring them along for a weekend hike, or make them a crunchy addition to your Charcuterie Board.


  • 3 lemons
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups almond meal


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel and squeeze out the juice from the lemons. Place the lemon pulps and all other ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine. The mixture should not be wet.
  3. Spread the
