  • 1 cucumber
  • 15 oz pot plain yoghurt
  • milk, straight out of the refrigerator

Method

In your liquidiser blend the peeled, chopped cucumber and yoghurt. Add enough milk to make up to one and a half pints. Chop the mint by hand and stir it in. Season and chill.
