  • 4 cod cutlets
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons

Method

Make a marinade from the lemon juice, olive oil, peppercorns, salt, bayleaf and crushed clove of garlic. Marinate the fish in this for not less than half an hour, turning once. Drain the cutlets, put them in a buttered oven dish and bake, covered, for half an hour at Reg 4/350°
