  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic

Method

Peel the skin from the body of the squid, pull off the head and with it come the entrails. Take out the bone from the body and cut the tentacles from the head; throw away head, bone and innards. Slice the body into thin rings, chop up the tentacles, and wash well to get rid of any sand.
