  • salt
  • 1 lb spinach


Soak the chick peas overnight and cook. When they are tender, fry the slice of bread golden in oil. Put the fried bread on one side while you fry the onions, then the tomatoes. Wash the spinach, shake it and sprinkle it with salt.

Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large pan, add the paprika and stir it in. Add the spinach and when it is lightly fried, p
