Ingredients

  • 2-4 apples, peeled, quartered and cored
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon

Method

Put all the ingredients in a pan and cook until the apple is tender. Remove the cloves. Beat to a smooth purée and serve hot.
