  • About

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tablespoons grated horseradish
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoo

Method

Mix all well together. The grating of fresh horseradish is far more of a torture than cutting up onions, but the result is really worth it. Beware if you start growing it in the garden; it must be confined, otherwise the whole garden will soon be covered with what is virtually an indestructible weed.
