  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

Chop the onions and garlic finely and soften them in the oil in a saucepan for about ten minutes without browning. Add the skinned roughly chopped tomatoes, seasoning, red wine and bundle of herbs. Simmer 45 minutes, uncovered.
