Method

Preheat the oven to Reg 5/375° and grease two baking sheets. Beat the margarine with the sugar, egg white, spices and pinch of salt, using a wire whisk or electric beater. When it is thoroughly creamed add the flour and beat it in. Spread the mixture thinly on baking sheets with a spat
