Method

Preheat the oven to Reg 5/375°. Sift the flour with the seasoning into a mixing bowl, drop in the butter and cut it into the flour. Rub it in lightly and quickly with your fingertips until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs, Add the cheese and stir it in with a knife. Mix the egg yolk
