  • About

Ingredients

  • 1 peeled sliced banana
  • 1 white of egg
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • </

Method

Beat the banana with the sugar and egg white until the banana totally vanishes. Use it as you would whipped cream for children’s puddings, jellies, meringues and cakes.

This wouldn’t really fool anybody but it’s quite good if you are out of cream.
