  • About

This is a cracker-style flatbread with an interesting ring shape and the popular flavor of rosemary. The rings and cutouts make an attractive display when served with rectangular or wedge-shaped crackers, such as Sesame Crackers. Crisp rosemary flatbread is delicious topped or served with a soft goat’s-milk cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and olives, or, for that matter, any of the toppings usually associated with pizza. Fresh mozzarella marinated in olive oil
