This is an easy way to bring loads of flavour to the ramen as the curried pork mixture soaks into and mixes with the hot broth. Pak choi and radish add some fresh tastes and crunchy textures to the dish. Shiso is an Asian leaf with hints of basil and mint.

  1. First, prepare the spicy pork. Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan or skillet over a medium-high heat, then add the garlic and chilli and cook for 1 minute. Add the pork, season with salt and pepper, and stir around the pan to break the meat up.
  2. Stir in the curry paste until well combined, then cook the mixture for about 15 minutes or until the pork is no
