Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg leg of lamb steak, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 1 red onion, quartered
  • 1 small red pepper

Method

  • Mix together the marinade ingredients, seasoning well with salt. Add the lamb and mix well to coat. Cover and leave to marinade in a cool place for at least 1 hour or overnight in the fridge.
  • Separate the onion leaves and cut into 3cm pieces. Cut the pepper into 2cm pieces.
  • Starting and ending with the lamb, thread the meat, onion and pepper onto 4–6 sk
