  • 500 g cherries
  • 375 ml dessert wine

Method

Cherries in Sweet Wine

  1. Stone the cherries carefully, put the stones in a plastic bag and crush them coarsely with the bottom of a heavy pan. Place the seeds in a pan with the sweet wine, sugar, vanilla pod and grenadine.
  2. Bring the mixture to the boil. Dilute the arrowroot in water and whisk into the mixture. Stir until thicken
