Patat (sweet potato) was made to be eaten sweet, and I like it best when it’s done in the oven and it gets that gloss to it and caramelises with sweetness. The combined flavours of honey and rosemary work so well with this dish, as does the chilli, which I’ve added because I always crave chilli.
