  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ leek, cleaned, small rough chopped
  • 4 cloves


In a frying pan over a medium heat, cook the leek and garlic in the oil for 5 minutes. Stir in the mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes. Pour in the cream and stock and let the liquid reduce for a few minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
