  • 500 g frozen green peas
  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 30 g

Method

Cook the peas in a saucepan of boiling water for 3-4 minutes.

Drain off the water and return the peas to the saucepan. Add the mint, butter, cream, salt and pepper.

Purée with a stick blender or in a food processor and serve.
