  • About

Eat your greens! Steamed spinach sprinkled with sesame seeds and served with a smooth sesame dressing is a classic appetizer or small side dish in Japanese cuisine. It is also one of my favourites: it’s tasty and a good source of fibre and iron, extremely high in vitamins K and A, and full of antioxidants. The soy sauce can be replaced with tamari for a gluten-free version.
