  • 4-6 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ pint well-flavoured mayonnaise
  • ½ cu


Shell eggs and cut into even slices. Place a bed of well-flavoured mayonnaise on a flat hors-d’œuvre dish. Cover with 2 rows of overlapping slices of egg. Garnish with a ring of diced cucumber and a ring of diced tomato. Sprinkle vegetables only with a well-flavoured Vinaigrette Sauce.
