Make pastry; roll out to fit top of deep oval or round baking dish. Preheat oven to fairly hot (425°F-M6). Remove oysters from shells and cook them in their liquor and dry white wine until edges curl. Drain and reserve liquor. Combine oysters with poached and diced turbot in deep pie d
