  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 8 tablespo


Cut beef into 1-inch cubes and marinate in soy sauce, olive oil, chopped onion, garlic, freshly ground black pepper and powdered cumin for at least 2 hours. When ready to cook: arrange beef on skewers alternately with squares of green and red pepper, small white onions and quartered tomatoes. Grill as above.
