Fruit Salad with Mint Dressing

    • 1 grapefruit
    • 2 oranges
    • 2 apples
    • 2 pears
    • 1 small bunch grapes

    Method

    Peel and dice grapefruit and oranges. Core and dice apples and pears, but do not peel. Halve and seed grapes. Combine fruits and toss with Mint Dressing.

    Mint Dressing

    Add finely chopped mint and chives to well-flavoured French Dressing. Sweeten to taste with a little sugar. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before using.
