Pear Waldorf Salad

    • 6 ripe pears
    • juice of 1 lemon
    • 6 stalks


    Halve and core pears; cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add sliced celery and walnut halves. Toss together in mayonnaise or French Dressing according to taste, and pile into a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
