Whether you make these savory yet sweet biscuits for Thanksgiving or Easter, as many families do, or serve them for breakfast, brunch, or dinner, they are an absolute delight. There is nothing like a warm biscuit cut in half, smeared with honey mustard or honey butter, and layered with slices of country ham or turkey. The small pinch of cayenne adds a kick of heat, but it can be omitted if you prefer. If you don’t have a biscuit cutter, you can drop the dough by the large spoonful onto the
