Tomato Salad

Whenever we were invited out to dinner and our mother was asked to make something, it was always this salad. It is a salad that I often go back to and it’s always the first thing that pops into my head when putting a menu together. It is so straightforward that anyone interested in food could quite easily replicate it, but for some reason my mom has a special touch.
