Cashew Nougat

• Vegetable oil
• 1¼ cups (200 g) unsalted cashews
• 140 g

Preparation

Oil a cutting board.

Roughly crush or process the cashews.

Melt the sugar in a pot over medium heat until it caramelises, then add the honey, salt and cashews and mix well.
